Facing the rich oil resources of Middle East, West Asia and African countries, comprehensively considering the refined product oil markets in the native countries and the domestic demands on high-quality heavy oil and product-oil, Century Intending Company invests to construct the oil refineries producing gasoline, diesel oil, naphtha and heavy oil, wherein the gasoline can be provided for the native country demands, and the heavy oil and naphtha are transported into China.
In the professional Petrochemical Industrial Park in the main domestic cities all along the Yangtze River, Century Intending Company invests to construct and operate private oil refineries in forms of share participation or sole proprietorship, which mainly take the high-quality heavy oil as the production raw material, and whose main products are gasoline, diesel and other chemical raw materials, mainly supplied for the uses of peripheral citizens and industrial productions.
Units and Storage Tank Area of 2 million ton/year Oil Refinery
The main units of overseas refineries include: normal-pressure unit, reliever unit, desulfurization unit, gasoline hydrofining unit, diesel hydrofining unit, air separation unit, hydrogen preparation unit, steam preparation unit; and other supporting facilities include: sea-water desalination plant, self-provided power plant, dedicated wharf and tank area. The general scale is 5-10 million tons/year.
The domestic refineries adopt the hydrogenation-cracking reforming technology; the main purpose is to balance the demands for gasoline, diesel and relevant alkene products. They are constructed within the specialized Petrochemical Industrial Park, which reduced product transport distance and reduced product supply cost, according to the demands of the adjacent and peripheral chemical plants in the Park, design-specific products structure, which benefits forming strategic relevant industry chains, and mutually enhancing their market competitive ability. They use heavy oil conforming to Standard M100-75 as the production raw material, with general scale of 1-2 million tons/year.
